At Signtel Inc. our mission is to create and bring to market innovative
assistive technology and assistive devices that better serve the deaf, hard of hearing, deaf blind, visually impaired and
deaf low vision communities.
Established in January 1999 Signtel Inc. is headquartered in North Haven,
Connecticut. Signtel Inc. employees, including deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, visually impaired and deaf/low vision, have
been essential in the development of the Signtel Interpreter, as well as, other assistive device technologies Including the
Emergency Vehicle Alert (EVA), Sign Language e-book and the e-Cane.
Signtel Inc. is dedicated to the development of communication technologies
and assistive technology that help facilitate communication between the hearing and deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, visually
impaired and deaf/low vision.
