Cynthia D. Waddell, JD, is an internationally recognized expert on
disability
legislation and technology for people with disabilities. As
a founder of Metamor's Accessibilty Center of Excellence (ACE),
Cynthia
is the author of the first accessible web design standard
for local govenment recognized as a best practice by the U.S.
government.
Cynthia's work includes accessibility oversight for the
launch of the new State of California (MyCalifornia) portal as

as the AccessibilityStyle Guide for California webmasters.
