Touch Language
Touch Language is a new language that is based on concepts. The concepts are articulated by positions of hands and fingers, thereby making it universal, regardless of the local language and culture of the user. Touch Language is designed as a tool for persons who are blind or deaf and blind, who will wear electronic gloves that communicate with the hands and fingers, by pecking and vibrations. Touch Language can be used for communication and also enabling blind and deaf-blind persons, to enjoy TV broadcasts, when the technology becomes incorporated into the TV broadcasting.

Why is the Touch Language patented, if it is in the public domain and given free. In order to keep the integrity of the language, and ascertain that no partisan changes are made to Touch Language, which could confuse its users, any suggestions for changes or additions, will need to be submitted to the World Touch Language Forum for approval. The patent rights will be assigned to the Forum as a tool of enforcement. Readers are encouraged to nominate members for the World Touch Language Forum, which could be self nomination or nominating other individuals. See the nomination window below. Any innovation and new concepts or functions added to the language, will be officially sanctioned by the Forum that will advertize such controlled evolvement of the language. The Forum is under construction at this time and any nominations and / or suggestion provided below would be seriously considered. When the Forum starts its operation, it will be formally announced, as well as the selected Forum members.
